A slim vertical sconce in which two pieces of natural alabaster sit within a narrow metal backplate. When it is on, the stone is lit from behind and between the two pieces, and the light comes through the alabaster as a soft, even glow on the wall.

When will my order ship?

We prepare and pack each order within 1–3 business days of payment (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Transit within Canada takes 5–8 business days, so allow 6–11 business days in total from the date of purchase. Shipping is free on every order.

Can I track my order?

You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships (1–3 business days after purchase). You can also follow your parcel on our Track your order page.

Can I cancel my order?

Email support@ottawaki.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If it has not yet been dispatched we cancel it and refund you in full.

What is your return policy?
