OTTAWAKI is an online lighting store specialising in modern, Nordic-design indoor lighting. We carefully select each piece to bring you style, quality, and lighting that elevates your home. We ship across Canada.

What kind of products do you offer?

We offer a selection of indoor lighting fixtures — pendant lights, ceiling lights, and wall sconces — available in a range of finishes and colours for every room in your home.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery within Canada usually takes between 5 and 8 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes! A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our team at support@ottawaki.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you the instructions within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for Stripe to process the refund, then an additional 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
