A flush-mount ceiling light shaped like an open flower. Thin brass strips outline each curved panel of white opal glass, and the petals meet at a small brass medallion with a finial at the centre. When it is switched on, the light comes through the glass as a soft, even glow.

When will my order ship?

We prepare and pack each order within 1–3 business days of payment (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Transit within Canada takes 5–8 business days, so allow 6–11 business days in total from the date of purchase. Shipping is free on every order.

Can I track my order?

You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships (1–3 business days after purchase). You can also follow your parcel on our Track your order page.

Can I cancel my order?

Email support@ottawaki.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If it has not yet been dispatched we cancel it and refund you in full.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition and packaging. Email support@ottawaki.com with your order number (the reason is optional). The full conditions are in our Return and Refund Policy.
